It prevents and kills fire ants for up to 6 months, and prevents armyworms, fleas, mole crickets, chinch bugs, sod webworms, and ticks. Lastly, it feeds and strengthens your lawn against Southern stresses like heat and drought. Apply Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Triple Action when weeds are actively growing. It can be applied to St. Augustinegrass (including Floratam), Centipedegrass, Zoysiagrass, and Carpetgrass. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 4 ¼. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 8 ½. The product must be watered in immediately after application. Do not allow people and pets to re-enter the treated area until watering-in is complete and the surface is dry. One 26.64 lb. bag covers 8,000 sq. ft.
